O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards is just 8 kms out of the township of Canungra and we are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to work and manage our onsite food preparation and delivery and support the expansion of a new kitchen. The successful applicant will be hands on leading a team of two other skilled and dedicated chefs.

Reporting directly to the General Manager the Head Chef will be responsible for:

• Menu design for breakfasts, weddings and picnics using local produce and homemade items
• Maintain wage and food costings inline with budgets.
• Assist with the planning for refurbishment and redevelopment of the kitchen and service areas.
• Strong food safety background will be highly regarded.
