Where is the Vineyard located?

O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards is located at 852 Lamington National Park Rd, Canungra QLD 4275.  We are only 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and just 90 minutes from Brisbane.  Click here for directions.

We want to come for lunch. Do you take any bookings?

We only take bookings for our Picnic Baskets and Creekside Tables. It’s a relaxing way to spend the day. If you’re aiming to enjoy our Cafe menu, you don’t need to make a booking for this. It is a casual affair designed for you to take your meal and enjoy it either by our Creek, or out on our Back Deck, whilst enjoying the atmosphere.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 10am – 4pm every day – closed Christmas Day and Good Friday.

Refunds

We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your booking date to provide a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment card used at the time of booking.

As our picnic baskets /creekside setups are prepared fresh and products are ordered specifically for each booking, we are unable to offer a full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking date.

Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we are happy to:

  • Postpone your booking to another available date, or
  • Provide a credit for you to use at a later time.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the Vineyard?

Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own food and drink to the Vineyard (except for Infants).  We are a fully licensed establishment and have an extensive selection of food and drinks available for you to purchase on site.

Can I bring a pet to O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards?

Unfortunately, we do not allow our guests to bring domestic pets to the Vineyard.  We do however allow Guide Dogs for those who require them.

Is O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards the same place as the Retreat?

No. The Vineyard is located a short 10 minute drive outside Canungra, along Lamington National Park Road. The Retreat is a further 50 minute drive (27km) past the Vineyard along Lamington National Park Road.

Is there live music at O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards

Yes.  We normally host live music every weekend with local musicians playing a set creekside set from 11:30am to 02:30pm.  We also host musicians at special events throughout the year, so be sure to check our ‘What’s On‘ section to find out whats coming up this year.

Is the Mountview Alpaca Farm the same operators as the Vineyard?

No. Whilst the Mountview Alpaca Farm resides on our premises – they are a separate company to O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards.  All services such as ‘Alpaca Walks’ or ‘Alpaca Picnics’ must be purchased directly with them. You can book with them through their website. Or contact them directly on 0490 973 865.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that once wine leaves our store, it is handled by a third-party courier and is therefore outside of our direct control. Wine quality can be affected by factors such as temperature exposure and transportation conditions.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the wine, please contact us first at manager@oreillysvineyard.com.au. We are happy to assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange an exchange.

Approved exchanges must be returned to our store. Please email us prior to visiting so we can assist you promptly.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Shipping & Insurance

Shipping insurance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended to cover any breakage or damage during transit. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please advise us via email or include a note at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit if insurance has not been selected.

Delivery Requirements

  • Wine deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 years or older.
  • Wine cannot be left unattended or outside the property.
  • If no one over 18 is available to sign, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact details are provided at the time of ordering.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.
  • If a wine is faulty (e.g., corked or spoiled), please retain the bottle and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
