Our Shane Shiraz embodies this New World style, showcasing dark, ripe fruit balanced by spice, subtle smoke, and smooth tannins. Its full-bodied structure makes it an ideal companion to roasted lamb, grilled beef, BBQ ribs, or rich, spiced dishes. With proper cellaring, this wine can develop additional depth and complexity over 15 years or more.
