DIVING PLATYPUS
The Platypus dives, foraging for good. Keeping it’s eyes, ears, and nostrils tightly shut, the Platypus relies on the sensitive touch receptors of it’s bill to seek out invertebrates, which are sifted from the silt and gravel of the creekbed. It’s prey is stored in cheek pouches until brought to the surface, where it is ground between horny plates, which serve as teeth.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a staple here at the Vineyard as it is enjoyed by many of our guests, whether they be loyal returning members, or first-timers, eager to enjoy their first sample of wine. We believe this Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is easy to enjoy with flavour to savour.
Our Platypus Play Sauvignon Blanc Semillon shows lifted lemon and lime, with tropical and herbaceous overtones. The palate displays Passionfruit, Gooseberry and grassy flavours with Lemon Citrus notes and a crisp clean finish. A lively, easy drinking wine, perfect with Seafood.
