Refund & Cancellations Policy

Picnic Basket Bookings

Our picnic baskets are prepared fresh for your visit — once they’re made, we can’t “uncook” them! Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds on the day of your booking.

If your plans change, please call us at least one day prior to reschedule your picnic for another date that suits you.

Refunds can be issued up to three days prior to your booking date. After that time, ingredients are already ordered and prepared, so we’re unable to process refunds.

We always do our best to accommodate changes, so if something unexpected comes up, please reach out early — our team is happy to help find a solution.


Wine Returns

We take great care in ensuring every bottle leaves our cellar in excellent condition. If you believe a wine is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Wine can only be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for wines that have been stored incorrectly, exposed to heat, or damaged after purchase. Wines must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Once the return is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.


Wine Club Memberships

Wine Club members commit to a 12-month membership. This includes two or four seasonal wine packs delivered throughout the year.

Membership cancellations can be requested at the end of your annual term. Early cancellations are not available once the year’s membership has begun, as wines are allocated and set aside specifically for each member.


Events & Experiences

Event tickets (including tastings and tours) are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date, unless the event is cancelled by O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards. In this case, guests may choose a full refund or transfer to another available date.


Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards, including LOVE GC cards, can be used for purchases both online and in-person where EFTPOS is available. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
